Chevelle Hallback faces Melissa Hernandez for Vacant Lightweight Title Feb. 7th

In last July’s IFBA card, Tampa, Florida’s Chevelle Hallback defeated Terri Blair of Louisville Kentucky in a memorable eight-round decision, memorable for its ferocity and named by many as the bout of the year.

On Feb. 7th, the No. 1 ranked lightweight Hallback (now 26-5-1, 11KOs) will take on Melissa Hernandez (7-1-1, 2KOs) of Bronx, NY for the vacant Lightweight title. Hernandez was a two-time Golden Gloves champ before turning pro.
