HOLLY HOLMES RETAINS IFBA TITLE with 10 RD. UNANIMOUS DECISION

IFBA Welterweight Champion Holly Holmes successfully defended her title with a unanimous decision over Angel Martinez. Judges scored the fight 99-91, 99-91 and 96-94 for the IFBA title-holder. Martinez was a game opponent throughout and the sellout crowd at the Santa Ana Star Casino screamed for more at the fights conclusion.

KIM GAINS IFBA BANTAMWEIGHT TITLE

Eun Young Kim became the new IFBA Bantamweight Champion with a split decision over former champion Terri Cruz today in Seoul. South Korea.  Promoted by Woon Chul Shin at the beautiful Hilton Events Center the fight was the main event broadcast on MBC-ESPN.

GI YOUNG KIM DEFENDS IFBA JR. BANTAMWEIGHT TITLE IN FRONT of SOLD OUT HOUSE

All 3 judges scored the fight in favor of reigning IFBA Jr. Bantamweight Champion Gi Young Kim in front of a sold out crowd outside Seoul, South Korea.  Chinese challenger Shen Dan Yue stalked the quicker Kim all throughout the fight, but was not able to counter Kim’s jabs and strong right hand.
